First Indian amongst the first batch to receive European Master Degree in Oral Laser Applications (EMDOLA), European Union, 2009. Certificate program in Fixed Prosthodontics & Implant Dentistry – US, Germany & Holland, 1986-1987. Has 30 years of experience in the field of Dental Implantology. And has used virtually all the Has been invited to lecture extensively & conducted several workshops in over 25 countries on Laser Dentistry, Fixed Prosthodontics & Implant Dentistry including the very prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Has published several papers and has authored a chapter on Lasers in Implant Dentistry in the textbook titled Lasers in Dentistry – Current Concepts, Springer International Publishing AG 2017. Has conceptualized, designed and conducts the Nobel fellow program for Nobel Biocare, Sweden. Member of Academy of Laser Dentistry USA & member International Committee till 2011. Dr. Shalini Pradhan

Dr. Shalini Pradhan holds an MDS in Oral Pathology from Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai (1988). Deeply passionate about dentistry and patent care, Dr. Shalini leverages her experience and keen observation to understand and explain the root causes of dental diseases. Dr. Shalini believes that there is a link between dental and systemic health, which is of great significance for long term preservation of the oral constitution. With this functional perspective of dentistry, she helps patients with long term preservation of both dental and physical health. Looking at dentistry, from a functional perspective, allowing for long term preservation of dental and physical health, is what sparks her interest. Dr. Shalini’s interest further extends to preventive dentistry and to that end she has developed a range of 100% natural dental care products. With decades of experience treating pediatric patients and a belief in preventative dentistry, she has recently published an illustrated children’s book on oral care for 2 to 4 year olds. Beyond providing professional advice on dental health, she is deeply committed to connecting with patients, caring for their needs and building lifelong bonds with her patients. These values drive her to set new benchmarks in holistic dental wellness. and over and above giving the right guidance and instruction is what makes her tick.
Dr. Siddhant Pradhan
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and Implantologist
Dr Siddhant has been with Pradhan Dental Centre at multiple times during his journey and has been with us full time since 2022. He completed his MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai in 2019 and his PG Diploma at the University of Manchester in Oral Surgery. Dr Siddhant specialises in minor oral surgery and laser dentistry, as well as being one of the pioneers in the field of robotic implant dentistry using the Navident Evo. His areas of interest also include the the management of TMJ disorders which include providing holistic solutions to problems associated with TMJ. He is also a consultant oral surgeon at Hinduja Hospital, Mahim. Outside of dentistry, Dr Siddhant is an avid sports fan and runs his own podcast called No Balls Cricket.
Dr. Madhavi Mehta
M.D.S. Conservative Dentistry
She has completed her post-graduation in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from Nair Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai in 1995. She has been working as a Consultant Endodontist at Pradhan Dental Centre for the past 27 years .Her area of expertise lies in conservative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, salvaging infected teeth, and the re-treatment of previously endosontically treated teeth.
Dr. Monica Gupta
M.D.S. Prosthodontics and Laser Dentistry
Dr Monica Gupta graduated from SDM College of Dental Sciences, Dharwad in 2003 with a Gold Medal in Prosthodontics. She completed her Master’s Degree in Prosthodontics from Pad. D.Y Patil Dental College & Hospital, Mumbai in 2009, once again as a Gold Medallist. Dr Monica Gupta joined Pradhan Dental Centre in 2009 and specialized in Implant restorations - Single and full mouth restorations, Smile Designing, Full mouth Rehabilitations, Removable prosthetics and Laser Dentistry. Under the esteemed mentorship of Dr Suchetan Pradhan, she worked closely with him for 8 years before setting up the Nariman Point Practice in partnership with the Drs Pradhan in 2017. Since 2017, Dr Monica Gupta is the senior consultant as well as the Clinical Director in the Nariman Point practice of Pradhan Dental Centre and is responsible for the overall running of the centre. Apart from being technically adept and very professional, one of her greatest strengths is that she is genuinely caring and friendly and naturally establishes a rapport with her patients – young and old. Driven by the belief that quality dental care should be accessible to everyone- regardless of financial background- she has played a key role in establishing a successful charitable dental clinic under the trusted Shree Kot Hindu Stree Mandal in Fort ensuring both the privileged and the not so privileged receive premium dental care, helping build healthier smiles in the community at large.

Since joining Pradhan Dental Centre in 2010, Dr. Anisha has built a reputation for her gentle approach and meticulous attention to detail. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she specializes in General Dentistry with advanced training and expertise in Restorative, Paediatric, and Laser Dentistry. Her clinical interests also include Digital Dentistry, Full Mouth Rehabilitation, and Smile Design — areas where her precision and artistic eye truly shine. Dr. Amrita Mehta Shah

Dr Amrita Shah graduated from GD POL dental College in 2006 and did her Master's In Periodontology and Implant Dentistry from DY Patil Dental College and Hospital (Mumbai). Dr Amrita has been with Pradhan Dental Centre for over 13 years. Along with laser dentistry and Implants, her core interests lie in full mouth rehabilitation and smile makeovers. She was the Co-Founder of Dr. Daantwala – A low cost dental clinic and training module. She is excited about rapid advances in digital dentistry from 3D printing and intraoral scanning to AI-powered diagnostics seeing it as a transformative shift in the field of dentistry for Dr Amrita, digital tools don't just represent innovation—they're the future of a smarter, faster, and more personalized dental experience. She is very passionate about functional dentistry which is a holistic approach to treatment which focuses not just on oral health, but also overall health and preventive strategies to keep your mouth healthy. In her free time she loves cooking, painting and travelling.
