Surgical Procedures
We offer multiple advanced surgical protocols.
We follow stringent international guidelines and strict sterilization & infection control protocols during our surgical procedures to minimize pain and postoperative complications.
In cases of advanced and complicated surgeries, we also offer the option of the surgery to be performed under conscious sedation, using Nitrous Oxide. Conscious sedation is a technique that uses a combination of medicines that can help you relax (with a sedative) and block pain (with an anaesthetic) during the dental procedure. Patients typically remain awake but may experience reduced awareness of their surroundings.
Our follow-up care system guides patients through the post-operative and recovery period.

Sinus Lift
A sinus lift is a procedure performed when there is not enough bone present in the upper jaw to place dental implants.
Sinus lifts are often necessary when there is insufficient bone in the upper jaw, near the maxillary sinus, due to tooth loss or periodontal disease. A window is created in the bone to expose the sinus membrane. The membrane is then lifted, creating space for the bone graft. After the bone graft has been placed, a 3 – 6 month healing period is recommended before implant placement.
Patient FAQs
What is the procedure involved?
The procedure involves carefully creating a small opening in the bone to access the sinus membrane. The membrane is then gently lifted to create space for the bone graft. Sutures are applied when the bone graft is successfully placed.
Patient Health Considerations
Sinus lifts can often be performed even if you have certain health conditions, such as diabetes or heart conditions. However, it's important to discuss your complete medical history with us, as some underlying conditions may increase the risk of complications. We will carefully evaluate your individual situation to determine the safest and most effective treatment plan for you.
How long before my implants can be placed after the bone graft?A bone graft typically requires 3-6 months to integrate with your natural bone. Once this integration is complete, your dental implants can be placed. We will monitor your healing progress closely to ensure optimal timing for implant placement.

Wisdom teeth extractions
Wisdom teeth, also known as third molars, are the last permanent teeth to erupt. Often, they don’t have enough room to erupt properly, leading to impaction and potential dental problems. Improperly seated wisdom teeth are known as impacted 3rd molars and require extraction, especially if there are symptoms like pain and swelling.
Impacted wisdom tooth extraction is a minor oral surgical procedure that can be performed under local anesthesia or sedation.
FAQs
How do I know if my wisdom tooth needs extraction?
What is the procedure?
Extraction of wisdom tooth involves making a small incision in the gum and then splitting the tooth into 2 or more pieces for and easier and atraumatic removal. In some cases, a small amount of bone may need to be removed to access the tooth.
Patient Health
Wisdom teeth extractions are possible even for patients with health conditions like diabetes or heart conditions. However, such underlying conditions may increase the risk of complications.
Is it painful?
Your comfort is our top priority. We use local anaesthesia or conscious sedation to ensure you are comfortable during the procedure. We will also prescribe pain medication to manage any post-operative discomfort. Antibiotics are prescribed to prevent infection and promote healing.
What can I expect post-operatively?
Swelling and discomfort are expected for 24-48 hours after the extraction. We will give you antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication to minimize these effects. If a wisdom tooth is close to a nerve, you might experience some mild, temporary numbness in your lower lip or teeth on the affected side. This usually resolves within a few days.
